Your role

· Welcome residents, relatives and visitors with warmth and professionalism

· Support customers by answering queries and offering clear, helpful information

· Carry out a range of administrative tasks to keep the home running smoothly

· Use your IT skills to manage emails, records and documents confidently

· Work closely with colleagues to create a friendly, supportive front of house experience

· Experience in a customer service setting

· Confident using IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook

· Warm and approachable with strong people skills

· Organised and able to manage a variety of tasks calmly and efficiently

· Caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to make a positive difference
