Full Job Description
- Planning and delivering engaging Reception lessons in line with the EYFS Framework
- Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development
- Monitoring progress through observation and assessment
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and parents
- Encouraging independence, curiosity and a love of learning
- Maintaining high standards of behaviour and safeguarding
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Recent experience teaching within Reception or EYFS
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Passionate about supporting early childhood development
- Creative, nurturing and organised approach
