Full Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Reception Supervisor to lead our Reception team within a busy hospital environment. The post is full time . Hours and days required are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm with an hour for lunch. This is a key role in ensuring that patients visitors and staff receive a professional, efficient and compassionate service., You will oversee the day to day running of the reception area, supported by the Reception Manager who works cross site. You will support a team of receptionists and ensure that high standards of customer service and operational efficiency are consistently maintained.
