Reception Supervisor

Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do. W e are on the look out for a passionate Reception Supervisor to join our team! As Reception Supervisor you will act as Duty Manager in leading the Reception team to welcome our members and providing a premium experience . Working alongside the" management team, you will "lead and mentor the Reception team"to provide service excellence to all of our members whether this is face to face, or through telephone queries.

As Reception Supervisor , we are looking for someone who :

• Has previous experience managing a customer service led team
• A n overall passion for customer service
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
