2 x Reception/Reprographics/Admin Assistants required
1 x 37 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 7.45am to 3.45pm (7.5 hours) Friday 7.45am to 3.15pm (7 hours); Salary: £21,280.34 to £21,614.19.
1 x 22.5 hours per week - Monday to Wednesday 7.45am to 3.45pm (7.5 hours); Salary: £12,940.75 to £13,143.76.

Outwood Academy City is seeking to appoint two Receptionist/Reprographics/School Admin Assistants. Reporting to the Personal Assistant to the Principal, the successful candidates will join a very busy team.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be organised and able to remain calm in a busy environment. Strong IT skills specifically in Microsoft Office are essential. Training will be provided on our management information system. The successful candidates will be a team player with a proactive approach to work. Owing to the nature of the role, an ability to relate to the Academy's students is crucial. The successful candidates will be an active member of the Academy's first aid team; training will be provided.
Job share may be considered. We are looking for the successful candidate to start September 2026.
