Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in education.

  • Valid teaching certification.

  • Preference of experience working with EYFS or KS1 pupils.

  • Clean DBS checks.

  • Strong knowledge of phonics and reading teaching.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Enjoys research and upskilling their role in education.

  • Patience and adaptability in working with diverse pupil populations.
