Full Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Reception Care Navigator to provide high-quality front-of-house support within the practice working 24 hours a week, initially on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. The post-holder will play a key role in care navigation, assisting patients in accessing the most appropriate service or healthcare professional in a timely and effective manner. Overtime to cover holidays and sickness available., The role involves delivering administrative support, processing prescriptions in line with clinical guidelines, and ensuring patients are signposted appropriately based on their needs. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, maintaining accurate records, ensuring smooth patient flow, and supporting both reception and dispensary functions.
White Medical Group provide a full range of GP services to approximatetly 8700 patients across two sites, we are a dispensing practice.
