If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.

At present, the Trust is unable to offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for this post. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application., Key responsibilities include answering and managing a high-volume switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate departments, providing information and guidance to patients and visitors, and signposting staff and members of the public to the correct areas across the site. You will also support the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area by maintaining accurate records, handling enquiries efficiently, and working closely with colleagues across multiple departments.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service in a busy healthcare environment. Teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
