Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire


Salary: NJC Point 3-4 pro rata = £13,382.73 - £13,592.68 (FTE - £25,614.27 - £26,016.10 p.a.)


Contract: Permanent

RECEPTIONIST & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Part-time) Term-time only


22.5 hours, over 3 days, per week Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays 8am - 4pm Plus 1 INSET Day at the start of the September term



  • Salary: NJC Point 3-4 pro rata = £13,382.73 - £13,592.68 (FTE - £25,614.27 - £26,016.10 p.a.)


Required for 1st September 2026, after successful interview and subject to satisfactory references.


This is a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic, professional, and committed colleague to join our newly opened and ambitious school.


Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills essential. The ability to work calmly, efficiently, and effectively with people both face to face and on the telephone.


You should enjoy working in a busy and challenging environment with young people. Knowledge of Microsoft (but not necessarily extensive) an advantage but not essential.


The role will require you to be a First Aider - training will be provided if you are not qualified at present.
