Are you an experienced real estate litigation lawyer with strong built environment expertise? The Team Our 100+ strong team of dispute resolution lawyers work on a diverse range of complex challenges facing their clients. We focus on outcomes, not just process. The Real Estate Disputes Team are known for their pragmatic approach and ability to offer alternative real estate dispute resolution methods and solutions to clients. We collaborate with other dispute resolution and non-contentious real estate specialists within the firm, to provide the highest quality advice on real estate disputes for our clients. You'll advise on pre-action risk and asset management, as well as a broad range of commercial and high-value residential property disputes, including mediation, arbitration and litigation. Our clients include major property
institutions, banks, investment companies and high net worth individuals. You'll gain hands-on experience across a wide mix of work, clients, sectors and specialisms - building a broader skillset in a dynamic, high-quality real estate disputes practice. What others say...
