Full Job Description

Support on real estate finance transactions, includingdevelopment finance, and investment financing
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation related to property finance deals
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth transaction execution
Provide legal input on structured finance matters where relevant

UK-qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE (more senior contractors also considered)
Strong background in real estate finance
Comfortable working on mid to senior-level matters
