We're looking for a highly driven lettings negotiator to help rent rooms across London. This is a fast-paced role focused on same-day deals, high volume viewings, and strong earnings through commission. Perfect for someone hungry, street-smart, and good with people. Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound enquiries (SpareRoom, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Qualify tenants quickly and collect details
  • Match tenants with available rooms
  • Organise and schedule viewings (same day / next day)
  • Conduct property viewings across London
  • Close deals and secure bookings
  • Keep track of leads and availability


  • Strong communication & sales skills
  • Fast response time and high energy
  • Confident showing properties and handling objections
  • Organized and able to manage multiple leads
  • Based in London and available for daily travel
