responsibility for the operational management of the centreStrive to achieve a culture that is totally focused on the delivery of the best possible level of customer serviceLead the team by example ensuring everyone works together effectivelyTo support the delivery of the company strategyDeputise in the absence of the Deputy ManagerUndertake ownership for own training and development to grow into the future role of Deputy ManagerSupport the other Managers in the achievement of all budgets, targets and KPI'sProvide support to the team in various departments as and when requiredTake responsibility for ensuring that all policies, procedures, controls and compliance areas are adhered to on a daily basisSkills You NeedHave a minimum of 1 years' experience in a management role, ideally within leisure, hospitality or retailPassionate about delivering exceptional customer serviceHave experience in leading and developing large teamsFull of determination, enthusiasm and patience!Be ambitious and
