Job Description

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our teams across our Wardle, Nantwich site, working in various teams on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 6am to 6pm. Our Reach Truck Operatives perform a variety of duties including but not limited to checking stock, controlling goods and locations, picking, and handballing.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Picking orders from pick lists and locating stock as required


• Packing orders for dispatch


• Dispatching goods to customers


• Completing all required paperwork and documents


• Receiving, checking, and storing products from suppliers safely


• Reporting shortages and damages to the Team Leader immediately


• Adhering to the Company's Health & Safety Policy and taking responsibility for safety and welfare


• Operating Reach truck and other mobile plant when required

What Will You Bring?

• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck; refresher courses can be provided


• Comfortable on your feet, this is a hands-on role involving lifting and carrying


• A team player with a positive attitude


• Strong communication skills


• Computer literate


• Understanding and appreciation of safe manual handling practices and Health & Safety awareness
