Full Job Description
Full Time 37 hours per week Do you love helping people and making a real difference? We're on the lookout for a motivated and energetic person to lead a group of Support Workers and provide a short-term Reablement service. This role is perfect for someone who wants to promote independence and support people in their own homes. What You'll Do:
- Manage and inspire a team of Support Workers.
- Arrange rosters and cover for emergencies and leave.
- Manage service referrals ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Support and develop your team through training and performance reviews.
- Visit individuals to discuss their goals and how they can be achieved.
- Continually monitor and improve service effectiveness.
