We are searching for enthusiastic people to help us support frail vulnerable adults with their individual Reablement journeys to enable them to regain their independence. You would be working with people who have been discharged from hospital back into their own homes, across North Northamptonshire, supporting them to achieve their goals and helping them with their daily living needs.However please be aware that North Northants Council can not employ people on a Sponsorship.Did we mention, no experience needed? Full support and training given.Oh, and contracted hours so you get guaranteed pay each month.Shift Pattern: 07.00 - 15.00 hrs.
