Full Job Description

We have a new opportunity to work as a Reablement Response Care Worker. For this role you must have care experience and be a driver with a full, clean driving license and access to own vehicle. As a Reablement Response Care Worker, you will help individuals regain independence and confidence after experiencing a decline in their health following a hospital discharge. You will be covering Chester and the surrounding areas i.e. Ellesmere Port, Malpas, Blacon, etc. You will be responsible for providing short term care to help get customers back on their feet on their return home from Hospital. You will helps customers to rebuild their confidence in day-to-day tasks and allows them to return to a normal independent life., Homecarers are committed to the principles of equality and diversity in all services and employment practices. You will also receive a drivers enhancement of 50p per hour on top of your pay rate.
