Full Job Description
Candidates must hold a full driving licence and have access to a car or other vehicle to travel across Enfield. They must have at least 2 years' experience supporting adults in their own homes with personal care and daily living tasks, along with a flexible approach to changing service demands. A Care Certificate or Level 2 NVQ/QCF in Care would be desirable. This is a reablement-focused role, supporting adults to regain confidence, skills, and independence in their own homes following illness or hospital discharge. Support is short term, for up to 6 weeks, and is delivered alongside Occupational Therapists, Assistant Occupational Therapists, and the wider team to help individuals return to or work towards their baseline level of independence. Staff must understand that this is not long-term care provision, but an enabling service that promotes independence and positive outcomes. Up to date training with manual handling, medication administration, safeguarding, infection control is essential
- Cluster 1: 16 hours over a 2-week rota. Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday. Week 2: Friday. Shifts are 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm..
- Cluster 2: 28 Hours over a 2-week period. Rota Week 1 - Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Week 2 - Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday all shifts are 5pm-9pm.
- Cluster 4: 48 hrs over 2 weeks as follows: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. All shifts are 5pm - 9pm.
