Full Job Description
Duties Include Providing direct care and support to clients in their homes or community settings. Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing. Administering medications. Monitor and record clients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns. Assist with meal planning and preparation. Carry out moving and assisting techniques specific to the clients needs. Are you a care assistant with at least 2 years' experience? If so, Herts at Home would love to hear from you! An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Care assistant within our Enablement Service in the North Herts area, which covers Royston, Letchworth, Baldock, Hitchin, Stevenage, Knebworth and the surrounding areas. The service we offer enables people to be safely discharged from hospital, allowing them to return to independence. Your caring and enthusiastic attributes will be welcomed into our friendly team to provide high standards of care to individuals to enable them to remain independent in their own home. Please note that all applicants must be able to work at least two evenings per week and 2 weekends per month to perform this role successfully.,
