Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and community-minded VALOUR Hub Coordinator to support the local delivery of the VALOUR Hub model across the South-East of England. Working on behalf of the VALOUR Programme Manager, you will act as a trusted, visible point of contact for veterans, serving personnel, families, Armed Forces organisations, and partner services.,
- Community Coordination - Serve as a reliable, approachable contact for the Armed Forces community, building trust and maintaining strong local relationships.
- Referral Management - Support smooth, timely referrals and warm handovers to ensure individuals are connected quickly and appropriately to the services they need.
- Partnership Working - Work closely with veterans' services, employers, charities, and statutory partners to strengthen collaboration and improve access to support.
- Employment-Led Support - Help individuals access employment-focused pathways, ensuring support is accessible, inclusive, and tailored to their needs.
- Local Delivery - Coordinate activity across the region, ensuring the VALOUR Hub model is delivered consistently and effectively.
You'll be a natural connector with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community. You'll bring: - Experience in community engagement, support services, or partnership coordination
- Confidence working with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset
Royal British Veterans Enterprise (RBVE) is a national charity that has been helping those in need for over 100 years, providing support to the Armed Forces community, those with disabilities and those who have found themselves unemployed. Each RBVE division offers a service to help veterans live an independent life with whatever support they require resulting in the successful delivery of a full-care pathway on-site to help veterans of any age or background from across the three services.
