Reporting to a Team Leader, you will work as part of an operating team ensuring that operational performance is maintained to an exceptional standard, with housekeeping and quality a key deliverable. Day to day you will pick and store (raw) material to ensure our production teams always have access to the correct materials to maintain high levels of production. • Load and unload both raw material and finished goods completing visual checks for damage, quantity and accuracy of load
• Block damaged raw material or material that fails to comply with standards
• Prepare and supply both raw material and finished goods for production lines
• Remove production waste
• Cycle count Raw Material/Finished Goods stock based on demanded intervals and quantities
• Own and maintain forklift truck and other logistics handling equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement activity
• Maintain communication with previous and next shift as well as other key customers within the operation
• Maintain high standards of house keeping
• Follow Essity safety standards and operating procedures
  
  You will be an experienced forklift truck driver with a current counterbalance licence and able to demonstrate the following competencies;
