  • Build strong relationships with category and commercial teams to understand their range strategy and translate this to direct where products go in our store estate
  • Assist in category reviews and conduct post-analysis to measure the effectiveness of decisions and their impact on stores

Experience in an analytical, commercial or planning role
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience of working with and interpreting large data sets and turning them into recommendations
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to engage with partners from all levels and influence decision making
  • Experience influencing decisions and driving improvements through insight
  • A collaborative approach, with the confidence to support and develop others
  • Great IT skills, including the ability to produce reports, use a variety of formulas and the ability to learn new software

  • Virtual healthcare including GP appointments, mental health support, nutrition and fitness advice
  • 24/7 colleague support service
  • Training and support for your development and career progression
  • Cycle-to-work scheme
