Rail Customer Insight & Information Strategy Lead

Rail Delivery Group is seeking a Customer Information Development Manager to drive improvements in rail customer information through industry collaboration, customer insight, and enhancement of national information systems. You will coordinate stakeholders across TOCs, Network Rail, government and industry bodies to identify priorities and deliver practical improvements.

You will lead the Customer Information Group and the Redress and Support Group, oversee the Darwin real-time information
