Radiology Manager

Spire Leicester Hospital is looking for an experienced Radiology Manager to lead our Imaging Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a HCPC-registered Radiographer with strong leadership experience to drive clinical excellence, service development and operational performance within a busy and expanding department., Provide effective clinical and operational leadership across the Imaging Department. Lead, manage and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team. Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging services and an exceptional patient experience. Drive service improvement, quality assurance and compliance with regulatory standards. Manage departmental resources, budgets and workforce planning effectively. Build strong working relationships with consultants and key stakeholders. Support departmental growth and contribute to the hospital's commercial objectives.
