R2R Compliance & Governance Accountant

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the offshore Compliance & Governance team within the FSS Record to Report function, ensuring VAT, CIS, and statutory reporting obligations are met on time and accurately. You will act as the main liaison between FSS, Group Tax, Divisional Finance, and the offshore team, driving financial controls and continuous process improvement. You'll provide leadership, coaching and technical expertise to deliver high-quality service and compliant reporting at scale. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how compliance is governed across RTR activities. Pay / Benefits
