Quartz Account Director, Fashion

As an Account Director, you'll own client relationships, create strategies and ensure ideas are executed flawlessly, ensuring both the client and team feel consistently supported and inspired. We're looking for someone with a creative mindset and a sales instinct, with a proven track record of securing standout client coverage - someone eager to lead, grow, and think big.,

• Own day-to-day leadership of client accounts
• Shape creative campaign narratives and oversee media strategies
• Pitch and secure high-quality press across national, consumer, and digital titles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, talent and tastemakers
• Lead from a PR team focus on events, product launches, and gifting moments
• Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure professional growth and output
• Track, analyse and report on results, always seeking smarter ways to measure success
• Contribute to new business - networking, creative brainstorms, and pitches

  We're looking for an experienced, ambitious and enthusiastic Account Director, Fashion to join the QUARTZ PR and communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a high-growth agency, with a focus on our growing fashion client portfolio. We're looking for someone who is a born 'connector' and problem-solver with an established network of senior industry contacts - previous PR experience is essential, ideally in a recent, Director-level role., 5+ years PR experience (agency preferred)
