Location & Hours Location: Lune Gorge, Cumbria
Hours: 45 hours per week (some flexibility available-just let us know during our conversation).

Your Responsibilities As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the commercial success of our projects. Your expertise will help us deliver excellence while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
Manage commercial resources to maximize planned gross margin through effective contract and subcontract control.
Provide commercial expertise, including the production and submission of valuations, claims, and budget monitoring.
Assess, review, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
Mentor and develop junior team members.

Hold a relevant academic qualification in a construction-related degree.
Possess a full driving license.
Have demonstrable experience in a commercial role as a Quantity Surveyor.
Are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and have confident IT skills.
Excel in communication, both written and verbal, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
