Quantity Surveyor

VINCI Facilities is expanding its Commercial team and we're currently recruiting for multiple Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor positions to support a major Defence and Critical Infrastructure programme based in High Wycombe. Whether you're an established Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge or a Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking greater responsibility on high-value projects, we'd love to hear from you. Working within our Defence division, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of facilities management, maintenance, refurbishment and construction projects across a secure and highly specialised estate. Opportunities Available Quantity Surveyor Support the commercial delivery of Defence FM, maintenance and project works, helping to ensure robust cost control, contract administration and commercial governance across the contract portfolio. Senior Quantity Surveyor Take a leading commercial role across a programme of construction and refurbishment works, providing commercial leadership, contract governance and financial control on high-profile Defence projects. Senior Pre-Construction Quantity Surveyor Drive the pre-construction and tendering process, supporting cost planning, procurement, value engineering and commercial input on project bids and tenders. What You'll Be Doing Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

• Managing contract cost control, forecasting and commercial reporting.
• Preparing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts.
• Supporting procurement and subcontractor management.
• Leading tendering and pre-construction commercial activities.
• Managing change control, variations and contractual compliance.
• Supporting construction, refurbishment, maintenance and FM projects.
• Building strong relationships with clients, supply chain partners and internal stakeholders.
• Driving commercial performance and delivering value for both VINCI Facilities and our Defence customer
  
  Be willing and eligible to obtain Developed Vetting (DV) Security Clearance.
• Be a Sole UK National.
• Be willing to undergo any additional security vetting required by the client.
Employment will be subject to successful completion of all relevant security screening processes., + A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline. + Experience within Quantity Surveying, Estimating or Commercial Management roles. + Experience in construction, refurbishment, building services, maintenance, facilities management or Defence infrastructure environments. + Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
