Full Job Description

An opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join Gloucestershire based Residential Groundworks Business to operate within their commercial team. The client with an annual turnover of £40m is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects currently ongoing as well as at tendering stages.,

  • Optimising contract profitability
  • Provide quotations to clients for variations
  • Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
  • Accurate monthly cost and value reports
  • All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor

    Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
  • Time management skills and meeting deadlines
  • Experience in value engineering
  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    Permanent Role: Quantity Surveyor
    • Up to £65,000 p.a plus benefits Car Allowance / Company Car CAREER OPPORTUNITY - SALARY UP TO £65K, GLOUCESTER BASED, QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION, POTENTIAL OF HYBRID WORKING.,
