BES works with world-leading organisations in the pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, and healthcare sectors as well as hi-tech industries to create cutting-edge cleanrooms, laboratories and other sophisticated facilities for the discovery, development and manufacturing of life changing medicines and technologies. Committed to innovation and excellence in all we do, our specialist services encompass consisting of consultancy, design, construction, commissioning, and validation deliver turnkey projects throughout the UK. We work right through from concept to completion, and you would work as an integral part of a multi-service design and installation team and be proactive in ensuring effective communication and production of high-quality information. Much of your work will be in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Food and Drink Sectors, providing detailed designs on projects ranging from sensitive research facilities to complex and demanding sterile manufacturing environments. What you'll be doing: Provide commercial and project controls support across the full project lifecycle, from pre-contract through to final account. Oversee cost forecasting, change management, and performance reporting to ensure effective project delivery. Partner with operational and project delivery teams to drive commercial strategy and support informed decision-making. Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor with commercial negotiations involving clients, subcontractors, and supply chain partners. Promote commercial best practice, governance, and consistent ways of working, while helping to maximise project value, manage risk, and achieve successful commercial outcomes. What you'll bring - Quantity Surveying or Similar Degree Qualification
