Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our regional Construction team based in Southampton., As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering commercial excellence on exciting multi-million pound projects in our Southern region. What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Commercial team, supporting them in delivering financial and contractual excellence on major projects. Your day to day will include:

-Providing commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team, helping ensure that business targets and KPIs are exceeded

-Preparing monthly cost and value reports, reviewing results and considering trends with other contract team members

-Producing commercial reports and analysing trends with the wider team

-Managing physical measurement of works and reaching agreement with clients and subcontractors

-Overseeing certification and payment of subcontractor accounts, monitoring these against forecasts

This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

-You hold a Full driving licence

-You're educated to Degree level, or have equivalent experience

-You have demonstrable experience within a similar role

-You have confident IT skills, particularly in MS Office and Excel
