Quantity Surveyor

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for managing the commercial aspects of 2 sites at one time, ensuring delivery within budget and in line with company standards with support from the Commercial Manager.,

• Provide a steady and reliable presence as a "safe pair of hands" within the commercial team.
• Oversee financial management and control.
• Prepare and manage subcontractor packages, valuations, variations, and payments.
• Work closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure smooth project delivery of your sites.
• Play a key role in maintaining and strengthening the reputation of the business.
  
  Experienced commercial professional from a house building or residential contractor background.
• Currently operating as an Assistant, Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Commercially astute with strong financial management and cost-control skills.
• Reliable and committed to a long-term role within a stable and growing business.
• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
