Full Job Description
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
- Monitor project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and cost forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
- All other daily tasks performed by a quantity surveyor.
Experience as a quantity surveyor in residential groundworks / infrastructure - Commutable to Huntingdon
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and quantity surveying software.
Up to £70,000 P.A plus package (DOE) Car allowance / company car CAREER OPPORTUNITY - SALARY UP TO 70K, Huntingdon BASED, QUANTITY SURVEYOR, RESIDENTIAL GROUNDWORKS, MULTIPLE PROJECTS AND CAREER PROGRESSION., - Up to £70,000 p.a (DOE)
