Full Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established national maintenance and refurbishment contractor delivering services across the Social Housing, Healthcare, Defence, Education, Leisure, Heritage and Commercial sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting live social housing maintenance frameworks, planned maintenance programmes, void refurbishments and wider refurbishment projects. The role is primarily office-based and would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in social housing, maintenance, measured term contracts and Schedule of Rates (SOR) pricing., + Undertake site surveys and assess planned maintenance and void refurbishment works + Review tender documentation and prepare competitive tender submissions + Produce scopes of works, specifications and cost estimates + Measure, price and value works using NHF and bespoke Schedule of Rates + Review variations and identify commercial risks + Support cost control and commercial performance across live contracts + Prepare accurate valuations and pricing submissions within agreed deadlines + Review drawings, client requirements and subcontractor quotations + Provide commercial support during mobilisation and contract delivery + Liaise with clients, operational teams and contract managers to ensure successful project delivery + Maintain accurate commercial records and pricing documentation + Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and health & safety requirements,
