Full Job Description

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the commercial team, supporting them in delivering financial and contractual excellence across this prestigious MOD facility. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing commercial insight, including financial and contractual performance forecasts, to help the team exceed business targets and KPIs
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly cost reports, working collaboratively with colleagues to identify trends and opportunities
  • Managing subcontractor relationships from enquiry through to payment, ensuring value and quality throughout
  • Implementing change control procedures and maintaining clear communication with clients
  • Assessing and mitigating commercial risks whilst maximising cash flow across the project

    You're professionally qualified or hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial discipline
  • You have strong experience with NEC contracts and feel confident in client-facing situations
  • You're proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ideally have experience with CEMAR or Coins/Causeway systems
  • You enjoy working collaboratively within a diverse, skilled team and bring excellent communication skills
  • You hold a CSCS White PQP/AQP card and a full driving licence
