- Purpose-Driven Work: Play a key role in managing costs, improving performance and supporting the successful delivery of repairs, maintenance and compliance contracts across residential portfolios Your Role as Our Quantity Surveyor:
- Managing subcontractor payments, valuations and cost control
- Supporting CVR processes, client invoicing and month end reporting
- Ensuring financial accuracy across reactive and planned maintenance works
- Handling multiple contracts across a varied portfolio

1 to 5 years experience in: - Repairs & Maintenance essential
- Heating & Compliance ideal
- Facilities management
- Property building maintenance
- Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills
- Experience working across planned and reactive works
