Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor who wants to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking environment where no two days are the same and where your impact is genuinely felt. This is a key role supporting the Commercial Director, Contracts Managers, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards., Analysing subcontract quotations, liaising with contracts managers and construction director
Preparing and processing formal subcontract documents, including certification of interim and final payments and agreement of final accounts
Producing Bills of Quantities or activity schedules for valuation and payment purposes
Preparing accurate cash flow forecasts for internal reporting and client requirements
Monitoring and control contract income and expenditure, including interim and final applications, final accounts, and recovery of late payments
Producing monthly commercial reports for the Commercial Director, including cost/value reconciliations and turnover forecasts
Providing commercial advice and support to site teams to optimise contract performance and resource use
To be successful, you'll have

Full UK driving licence
A HND or Degree in QS or equivalent experience
Valid CSCS card
Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector
Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and reporting abilities
