Full Job Description
- Manage and develop the site Quality Management system and support Chirk's compliance to MDLZ Global Quality Policies
- Key participant in site audits - for example FSSC 22000, MDLZ eQCMS, Halal, Kosher, Soil Association
- Manage an effective site Sanitation Program involving site and contractor teams
- Manage and develop the HACCP system, complying to MDLZ policies
- Co-ordinate the Internal Audit Program
- Be the Pest Control subject matter expert for site
- Ensure Food Safety assessments are completed for any product, packaging and CAPEX change projects
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive the Food Safety agenda
- Contribute to the site's Food Safety Cultural development

- Solution focused approach to delivering a risk-based Food Safety Program
- Ability to influence Food Safety strategy providing operational observations and practical advice to site teams

- A culture of restless curiosity and a continuous improvement mentality
- The ability to develop an internal network that allows for effective communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement
