You will join a collaborative and inclusive team committed to learning, improvement, health equity and better outcomes for local people.,

  • Support delivery of the ICBs quality and safety objectives, primarily across primary care, with support to other portfolios as required.
  • Collate, analyse and triangulate incidents, complaints, patient experience, regulatory information and other quality intelligence to identify risks, themes, trends and gaps in assurance.
  • Maintain risk, action, investigation, improvement and assurance records, proactively monitoring progress and escalating concerns.
  • Coordinate quality visits, audits and reviews, including preparation of criteria, reporting findings and monitoring resulting action plans.
  • Produce accurate dashboards, reports, briefings, correspondence and presentations for operational and senior governance forums.
  • Develop and maintain data collection, information management and performance-monitoring systems, including quality indicators and KPIs.
  • Coordinate meetings and working groups, providing specialist project advice, information and follow-up support.
  • Build constructive relationships with providers, professionals, patients, the public, regulators and partner organisations.
  • Contribute to service improvement, policy and procedure development, risk management, business planning and efficient use of resources.
  • Manage an agreed portfolio of projects and priorities independently, delivering high-quality outcomes to changing deadlines
