Quality Manager

Are you passionate about quality in higher education? We're looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Quality Manager to join our Quality Assurance and Enhancement team at the University of Staffordshire.
In this pivotal role, you'll work in one or more key areas of our quality and standards framework, such as:
o Course design and approval
o Course monitoring and review
o External examining
o Collaborative provision
o Academic governance (committees)
o Training and guidance for staff
You'll ensure our policies and processes meet the highest standards - aligned with academic, regulatory, and professional body requirements (OfS, QAA, Ofsted, etc.).
What You'll Be Doing
o Developing and enhancing quality assurance processes
o Advising and training academic and professional staff
o Driving business improvements and managing change initiatives
o Facilitating workshops and cross-university quality enhancement events

We're seeking someone with:
o A strong understanding of UK higher education quality assurance frameworks
o Experience in quality policy, process development, and implementation
o Confidence in delivering change and working to deadlines
o Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
o An understanding of governance structures
o A collaborative mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
