• Facilitating both internal and external Audits. Effective management of key escapes, with full compliance to process, including sentencing requirement and minimising disruption to the customer. Where warranted by impact or complexity, conduct investigations in domestic facilities and support any required interaction with internal and external customers and the presiding legal and or regulatory (airworthiness) authorities. Understand the Quality Performance element of the Voice of the Customer, develop integrated strategies to address that performance and lead their implementation across the business. Ensure an effective quality assurance system is in place and ensure there is governance and support in place for Non-Conformance Report closure within the required timeframe. Coaching the plant

relevant industry experience.
• Experience in an operational environment at management level or equivalent either in Quality or as a Manufacturing Engineer or Production Leader or similar. Demonstrable evidence of business acumen; relating to quality, manufacturing and HSE activities and priorities. Sufficient knowledge to support the professional development of people manufacturing quality roles. Experience of leading teams, influencing and building relationships at different levels.
