Full Job Description

We are seeking someone with a commitment to improving mental health outcomes through meaningful service user involvement to join us as Quality and Improvement Manager. Working closely with the Director of Services, you will lead our Quality and Improvement Team; revising, developing and managing the organisations quality assurance and improvement strategy and policies, coproduction strategy and policy and complaints management. If you are enthusiastic about working in a mental health organisation, working to improve systems and process to promote positive outcomes for the people we work with as well as our staff, this could be the role for you
