Quality Compliance Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident, motivated, and conscientious individual to join Moorfield's Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as a Quality Compliance Officer within the Ophthalmology and Clinical Support Services (O&CSS) Division.

This pivotal role supports departments to maintain regulatory compliance and accreditation. Reporting to the Quality Manager for O&CSS, the post holder will play a key role in ensuring the division meets wider governance and patient safety objectives.

Moorfield's Eye Hospital is working in partnership with University College London (UCL) to deliver a new world-leading Centre for Eye Health in St Pancras, due to open in summer 2027. As part of the move, O&CSS departments are undertaking significant change, including the review, transfer and re-establishment of licences, permits, certifications and accreditations to ensure ongoing compliance and service continuity., The Quality Compliance Officer will play a critical role in this transition. Working closely with department leads, you will support the maintenance and continual improvement of quality management systems and help ensure compliance is maintained, risks are effectively managed and disruption to patient services is minimised.
