Full Job Description
We are looking to appoint a Quality and Compliance Lead at Erdington Academy. This role attracts an additional TLR 4 of £6,378. As Quality and Compliance Lead, your main duties will include ensuring:
- Subject compliance to Academy and exam board processes and expectations, contributing to faculty policy and practice
- Students experience an educational programme that meets their particular needs as identified through a robust assessment system
- Data is used to inform curriculum delivery and support student progress
- Challenging attainment targets exist for individual students within the curriculum area
- Student progress is tracked effectively by departments and appropriate interventions are made where students are underachieving Alongside this crucial role, we are looking for the right candidate to teach Science or Child Development.
