Full Job Description

We're looking for a Quality Auditor to join our team at our Armthorpe factory in Doncaster, helping us continue to deliver the exceptional standards our customers know and love.

If you've got a great eye for detail, enjoy working with people and take pride in getting things right, we'd love to hear from you!

What will you be doing?

As our Quality Auditor, you'll play an important role in making sure every garment meets our exacting standards.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be right at the heart of production, working closely with colleagues to spot potential issues, maintain consistency and help us continuously improve.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Checking the details: Carefully measuring garments against specifications and ensuring they're within agreed tolerances.

Protecting our standards: Identifying and stopping products that don't meet our quality requirements before they move further through production.

Keeping us on track: Auditing production processes to ensure we're following our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Making improvements: Spotting opportunities to improve quality, prevent recurring issues and make our processes even better.

Supporting your colleagues: Sharing knowledge, offering constructive feedback and coaching others to help everyone take ownership of quality.

Keeping accurate records: Recording and reporting your findings clearly, helping the wider team make informed decisions.

Supporting our quality journey: Playing your part in maintaining high standards and supporting our preparations for ISO 9001 accreditation.

A fantastic working pattern - Monday to Thursday, 7am-4pm, with an early finish at 12pm every Friday!
