Full Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Audit Facilitator to join our Quality pillar and play a key role in ensuring our business remains audit-ready at all times. This role is responsible for coordinating internal and external audit activities, supporting compliance with quality management systems, and ensuring quality documentation and records remain aligned with business and customer requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with Quality, Process & Lean, Supplier Quality, EHS, and Operations teams to embed compliance into everyday working practices.,
- Coordinate and maintain the site audit programme.
- Plan and support internal quality audits.
- Facilitate external, customer, and certification audits.
- Manage audit schedules, checklists, and supporting documentation.
- Track audit findings and ensure timely completion of corrective actions.
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of quality management systems.
- Monitor compliance against documented procedures and standards.
- Produce audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Identify recurring trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support root cause investigations arising from audit findings.
- Work collaboratively across functions to improve compliance and audit readiness.
- Drive a proactive approach to quality assurance and governance.

- Strong organisational and planning skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications. Desirable
- Internal Auditor qualification.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality standards.
- Experience of conducting or supporting audits.
- Understanding of root cause analysis methodologies.
