Full Job Description
We're looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our dedicated Children's Services Commissioning and Placements team and play a key role in supporting our ambitious programme of improvement and transformation.
This is an exciting opportunity to help drive quality and consistency across services by contributing to audits, case reviews, performance monitoring and quality assurance activity. You'll work closely with managers, practitioners and partners to identify strengths, share learning and support evidence-based improvements that make a real difference to children, young people and their families.
At Cheshire East, we're investing in our services and workforce while embedding the national Families First reforms. As part of a culture that values learning, reflection and continuous improvement, you'll help ensure that the voices and experiences of children and families inform how we develop and deliver services.
If you're analytical, organised and passionate about service improvement, this role offers the opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team where your work will have a direct impact on improving practice and outcomes across Children's Services.
We're recruiting to roles across children's services
Join us and together we can make a difference
With strong investment, renewed energy and a clear sense of purpose across our services, we're reimagining how we support children, young people and families in Cheshire East.
Together, we're building something special - a service that is ambitious for our children, relational and built to last.
To help bring that vision to life, we're now seeking exceptional Heads of Service across a range of roles.
We're looking for senior leaders who want to make a meaningful, lasting impact and help shape what comes next for a generation.
This is a rare opportunity to help shape strategic direction and to play a pivotal role in the next chapter for children and families in Cheshire East.
