Full Job Description

Quality and Assurance Manager The Quality and Assurance Manager role is a unique opportunity to be an integral part of the Project Solutions team for E&P Europe & Middle East. Reporting to the Quality and Performance Lead you will manage and drive strategic initiatives that enable operational excellence.,

  • Lead and maintain our Quality and Collaborative Working certifications, including ISO 9001 and ISO 44001.
  • Oversee, improve and drive the implementation of our Assurance Programme across projects, frameworks and suppliers.
  • Provide expert guidance to senior leaders and influence decision-making on quality and collaboration matters.
  • Conduct a range of audits - including project, supplier, process and targeted audits - and support external certification bodies.
  • Monitor, measure and report on quality performance, client feedback and collaborative working metrics.
  • Produce and support management review reporting and maintain accurate records of all quality activities.
  • Communicate key system updates, quality objectives and improvement initiatives across the business.
  • Support and deliver training related to Quality and Collaborative Working.
  • Promote a culture of continual improvement by sharing lessons learned, best practices and quality achievements.
  • Drive compliance with our Business Management System and support updates to procedures, processes and tools.
  • Champion improvements to quality and collaboration systems such as Intelex and Polaris.
  • Support bids and proposals by providing quality and collaborative working input.
  • Engage with wider business initiatives, including BeyondExcellence, award submissions and World Quality Day. Project management and delivery experience across a range of projects and understanding of application of quality processes in an operational setting is highly desirable.
  • Experience in quality management systems, quality assurance, and operational change management.
  • Demonstration of the following skills: Relationship centric, Collaborative, Resilient, Adaptable, Strategic mindset, Cultivates innovation, Negotiation
