Full Job Description

West Sussex County Council is recruiting a Quality Assurance Practitioner to support our Children's Residential Homes across Crawley, Haywards Heath, Worthing and Shoreham-by-Sea. You will lead audits, review records for regulatory compliance, and deliver training to residential teams.

The role requires a Level 4/5 Residential Childcare qualification with recent frontline experience, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel countywide. A full-time, 37-hour contract is offered.
