Quality Assurance Coordinator

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Children's Services Commissioning and Placements team at an exciting time of transformation and investment.

In this pivotal role, you'll help shape and strengthen service quality across Children's Services by coordinating audits, analysing performance information, identifying themes and learning, and supporting the delivery of improvement activity. Working closely with managers, practitioners and partners, you'll play a key role in helping us understand what's working well, where we can improve, and how we can achieve the best possible outcomes for children and families.

As we continue to embed the national Families First reforms and build on our ambitious improvement programme, you'll contribute to a culture of learning, reflection and continuous development. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and passionate about making a difference through quality assurance and service improvement.
